Update on DCC operations during COVID 19 pandemic

Work on DCC-managed projects at Canadian Armed Forces and Department of National Defence sites across Canada is continuing until further notice, with staff taking enhanced health and safety precautions.

Only those employees who are essential to supporting critical Client-Partners' services are on site, with minimal contact with military personnel to ensure they remain healthy and able to perform their duties. Most other DCC staff are working from home.

DCC continues to initiate new procurements, answer bidder questions and award contracts.

All DCC contracts include standard health and safety requirements, and DCC staff are vigilantly monitoring compliance with them as project work goes on, to ensure the health of DCC employees, Client-Partner personnel and contractors.

DCC management has been and will continue to base its operational decisions on the health and safety guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada, as well as internal health and safety policies.

Should circumstances change, DCC will share updated information. In the meantime, Client-Partners, industry and other stakeholders are encouraged to continue to contact DCC through their regular channels.
