Mr. Robert Presser – Chair
Mr. Robert Presser is Vice President of Marketing and Product
Manager for Acme Engineering Products Ltd of Montreal. He holds
an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and a Bachelor
of Business degree from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales
at the University of Montreal. Mr. Presser has a background in
the project management of mechanical, electrical and electronic
engineering contracts with major international engineering
firms, to wide scale human resource management, as well as
expertise in developing corporate governance and merger and
acquisition mandates for large Canadian corporations. |

Ms. Kris
Matthews
Ms. Matthews has served on many public, professional and
not-for-profit boards. A business consultant, she is a senior
principal in the Matthews Group LLP, serving businesses in
Western Canada. She is both a Certified Management Accountant
and Fellow in the national body for her contributions to her
community, the society and profession. Her contributions include
chairing the Alberta Society Board, serving on numerous
committees, and chairing the Famous 5 Foundation. She is also a
Certified Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. |

Ms. Shirley
McClellan
Ms. McClellan served as a Member of the Alberta Legislature
between 1987 and 2007, holding a number of senior cabinet
positions. She is currently a Distinguished Scholar in Residence
at the University of Alberta. |

Mr. Marc Ouellet Mr. Ouellet is an Aerospace and Security consultant with CIRRUS Research Associates Inc. and has been an associate faculty member of the Centre for Civil-Military Relations of Monterey, California since 2006. A retired Canadian Forces senior officer, his career spanned 32 years with the Air Force where he held seven command appointments. A graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada, the Canadian Forces Command and Staff College, and the United States Air War College, Mr. Ouellet maintains his Air Transport Pilot Licence and continues to fly as a Class II aerobatic flight instructor. |

Mr. James Paul
Mr. Paul was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2009. He is a Canadian technology industry veteran, with a career spanning almost 30 years in a variety of international companies, including as founder and president of Impath Networks and in senior management roles with Newbridge Networks, Mitel and Nuvo Network Management. Prior to his appointment with DCC, Mr. Paul served as Chair of the Canada Science and Technology Museum Corporation. An Ontario lawyer, he earned a law degree from the University of Ottawa after studying in the business program at Carleton University. |

Mr. William F. (Bill) Pentney Mr. Pentney is the Associate Deputy Minister of National Defence. He holds a B.A. from Queen’s University, as well as a Law degree and a Master’s in Public Law from the University of Ottawa. Previously Mr. Pentney was Assistant Secretary to the Cabinet, Priorities and Planning at the Privy Council Office and has held a number of positions at the Department of Justice. He previously served as General Counsel and Director of Legal Services at the Canadian Human Rights Commission and a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa. |
