As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to thank you—our Client-Partners, our industry partners, our Government of Canada stakeholders, and our employees—for everything we’ve accomplished together this year.
This has been a year of opportunity. Across Canada and abroad, we’ve worked side by side with the Department of National Defence, the Canadian Armed Forces, and with industry to deliver projects that matter: infrastructure that protects our nation, supports military families, and strengthens Canada’s sovereignty.
What stands out most to me is the spirit of collaboration that drives this work. Whether it’s building new capabilities in the North, advancing Reconciliation with Indigenous communities, or finding innovative solutions to complex challenges, our work is rooted in creativity, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to delivering results.
As we look ahead to 2026—and to DCC’s 75th anniversary—I’m excited about what we can achieve as one team with one mission. Thank you for your trust, your partnership, and your commitment to Canada’s defence.
