DI Strategy 2.0

On April 20, 2021, DCC launched DI Strategy 2.0, a deliberate and intentional continuation of DCC's first strategy, written by and for employees. Our DI journey will ensure DCC continues to be a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all employees.
Over the next five years, DCC's focus will be on new initiatives to advance diversity and a culture of inclusion and acceptance. Our strength has always been our diverse workforce and we look forward to all that we will accomplish together.
