Biographies

DCC is governed by a Board of Directors. The Governor-in-Council appoints the Board on the recommendation of the Minister responsible, the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, through whom DCC reports to Parliament. Directors bring a balance of public and private sector experience to the Board, which contributes to its effectiveness. The Corporation maintains this mix using a Board profile developed in accordance with guidance from the Privy Council Office.

DCC's executive consists of the President and Chief Executive Officer; the Senior Vice-President, Operations, two Vice-Presidents, Operations and the Vice-President, Corporate Services, who is also the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. The Operations Division includes site offices at all active CF establishments in Canada, which are managed by the regional offices - our senior management team.
