DCC Legal Agreement
DCC respects your rights to privacy and takes its responsibilities regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information seriously. As a Crown corporation, DCC is subject to the Privacy Act and the Access to Information Act and has implemented systems to ensure that your personal information is properly protected.
NOTICE: Information provided in your application may be stored on servers located outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of other jurisdictions.
DCC is collecting and using your personal information in this application in order to assess your qualifications and suitability as a potential employee of DCC. Complete details on DCC's Privacy Policy are available on our website. For additional information about the administration of the Privacy Act at DCC, contact the ATIP Coordinator at (613) 998-9534. Your information will be reviewed by our human resource division, and/or other DCC management with hiring-related duties. This information will also become part of DCC's internal online database of candidates for a period of two years (unless you tell us otherwise), which we may use to search and locate qualified candidates for specific positions. To delete your personal information from our database, please send a request to the following e-mail address careers@dcc-cdc.gc.ca . You have the right to correct, update or delete your personal information in and from our database at any time before accepting employment with DCC. DCC will not disclose this information to third parties unless it is legally required to do so.
