As a Federal Crown Corporation candidates should note that:

  • DCC Employees participate in the Public Service Superannuation Plan (PSSA) and accumulated pension contributions are transferable to and from DCC.
  • DCC's Insurance Benefit Plan is a separate plan from that of the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) and PSSA upon retirement.
  • As well, all other company benefits including seniority and accumulated leave benefits from both the Public and/or the Private sector are not transferable to DCC.
  • New job opportunities are posted internally on DCC’s Intranet for employees within the Corporation. DCC employees do not have access to Publiservice (the Public Service Staffing Advertisements & Notifications application)
